The processing procedure of impeller is as follows
Step 1:
According to the principle that the impeller processing must be aligned with the flow channel, the clamping method of the inlet flow channel of the three-jaw self-centering chuck backbraced impeller is adopted in process 1 to realize the alignment of the inlet flow channel. Then the first car impeller big outer circle, and then thick inside the hole. Due to the relatively large size of the outer circle of the impeller, there are blades in the middle part to form intermittent cutting, so the cutting speed is slow and the feed is small
Step 2:
In order to ensure that the impeller outlet flow as a processing reference, we designed a special three-jaw clamping positioning mechanism. The positioning block is conical, under the action of spring force can ensure that it and the impeller runner on both sides of the contact and can move up and down, in order to make up for the impeller outlet runner width size in the casting process error. This positioning mechanism has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, fast speed and convenient use, which greatly reduces the time of clamping and locating. This process can complete the impeller back cover, center hole and other parts of the processing.
Step 3:
In order to ensure that the outside diameter of the impeller entrance to the hole beating requirements. This process adopts special soft three jaw clamping. Before processing, a cylinder is clamped with three claws to correct the inner hole and bottom surface of the clamping part of the soft claw. The diameter size after processing should be basically the same as the outer diameter of the impeller, which is very important. Because the three jaw self-centering chuck determines the chuck positioning accuracy of the plane screw precision is not very high, the positioning accuracy of the three jaw itself can not meet the requirements of the impeller shape and position tolerance design, therefore, must be corrected according to the size of the impeller diameter, the clamping part of the soft claw, so that the clamping part of the soft claw and the turning center of the lathe coincide. If the specification of the machining impeller is changed and the outside diameter is changed, it should be corrected, so as to avoid the change of the working part of the chuck plane thread and affect the positioning accuracy of the chuck. When the impeller is clamped, the back cover plane of the impeller has been processed close to the bottom surface of the corrected soft claw, so that the machining can ensure the shape and position tolerance of the impeller
Processing technology of shaft:
1. Install the chuck first; 2. Install the shaft, and fix the shaft with chuck and center; 3, the outer circle to correct; 4. The first car is used to fix the journal at the center frame to retain a certain processing allowance; 5, fixed center frame :6, a end face of the axle, cut into length, drill the center hole; 7. Turn the other end face of the axle, cut the length into, drill the center hole; 8, according to the drawing requirements of the axle surface, the car thread alive, grinding parts to retain 0.5mm machining allowance :9, keyway line :10, milling keyway :11, according to the drawing requirements of grinding each part.
