In the machining process of CNC machining center, it is very
important to strictly prevent the collision of CNC machining center when
programming and manipulating machining. Because the value of CNC
machining centers is very high, ranging from several hundred thousand
yuan to several million yuan, the maintenance is difficult and the cost
is high. However, collisions are a rule to be followed and can be
prevented. We might as well summarize the following points.
1. Using computer simulation system
With
the development of computer technology and the continuous enlargement
of CNC machining education, there are more and more CNC machining
simulation systems, and their performance is also increasing day by day.
Therefore, it can be used to start inspection procedures, observe the
activity of the cutting tool, and determine whether there is a
possibility of collision.
2. Utilize the imitation performance of CNC machining center
Generally,
the more advanced CNC machining centers have graphics capabilities.
Once in the program, you may want to call up graphics to simulate
performance and observe the tool's path in detail in order to check if
the tool might collide with the workpiece or fixture.
3. Utilize the emptying performance of CNC machining center
The
accuracy of the tool path can be tested by using the dry run
performance of the CNC machining center. When the program is input into
the CNC machining center, it may be necessary to install the tool or
workpiece, and then press the empty operation button, the spindle will
not rotate, and the worktable will automatically run according to the
program tracking. At this time, it may be necessary to check whether the
tool and the workpiece or the fixture. However, in this case, it is
necessary to ensure the workpiece and do not install the tool; when
installing the tool, the workpiece cannot be installed, otherwise a
collision will occur.
